Body Proportions and Poses Practice Sketch

After reading a lot of "How to draw Manga" books that i found when i was cleaning my room a few days ago, i decided to practice a few body poses for both male and female characters..it's been a while since i've done this mainly because drawing a whole figure is my waterloo..
